Reservation Confirmation
A non-refundable security deposit of $50 ($70 for house calls) is requested to hold your appointment, applied directly toward your service cost. Your time is just for you, and we aim to make each session exceptional.

Cancellation Guideline
As we strive to provide each client with the highest care and understand life can happen, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit, as it covers time reserved for your wellness.

Late Arrivals
To provide the best care for each client, sessions are designed to start on time. If you’re running late, please reach out and let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but for arrivals more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the session length to stay on schedule or reschedule to another time with a new deposit.

Pricing and Payments
Our service prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. All current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of booking.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Full payment is due at the time of service.
